The Role of Nuclear Safeguards in Brazil
The INMM UFRJ Student Chapter together with the National Commission of Nuclear Energy (CNEN) and the Brazilian-Argentine Agency of Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials (ABACC) are pleased to announce The Role of Nuclear Safeguard in Brazil.

The event will feature lectures on safeguards and control of nuclear material, tasks and assignments of CNEN and ABACC, work routine and interface with international standards.
​​​
​The event will also include technical visits to the ABACC headquarters office, located in the center of Rio de Janeiro, and the ABACC laboratory, located at the Institute of Radioprotection and Dosimetry (IRD).
